Course Description

The AHA’s Heartsaver Pediatric course is crafted for individuals with minimal to no medical background who require first aid and/or CPR certification for employment, regulatory compliance (such as OSHA), or other purposes. Additionally, Heartsaver courses are suitable for anyone wanting to be prepared to respond in emergency situations.

This course is particularly aimed at those responsible for the care of children, including childcare providers, teachers, foster care workers, camp counselors, members of youth organizations, and coaches for children's sports teams. It is also an excellent resource for parents, grandparents, extended family members, babysitters, and guardians who want to be equipped to handle emergencies involving children or infants until professional assistance is available. This course path is only offered in a blended learning format to the general public.

Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED provides students the highest quality training in the lifesaving skills of first aid, CPR, and use of an AED. This course empowers students to act with confidence in the event of an emergency at work, home, or in the community.

The Heartsaver Total – Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED is a comprehensive course path designed for those requiring training to meet OSHA or other regulatory agency requirements.

Course Description

Heartsaver Basic – Heartsaver First Aid CPR  is taught in an instructor led learning format. Students who successfully complete the course will receive a Heartsaver  CPR AED Course Completion card, valid for two years.
